Welcome to my new big, best games list! These pages used to be just my favourite ones I had played, but people kept sending me their lists (Thank you everybody) of the best games and its now just become a huge list of the greatest games ever made, for many different formats. The big, best game list is based on how good the games were at the time, so retro machines had amazing games at the time, but are very different to the best of latest generation of consoles with their advanced 3d graphics, online play etc. On this list those games can sit proudly side by side. My first computer was an Acorn Electron way back in 1984, with a whole 32k of memory (That's 0.032mb or 0.000032gb!), but it still had many great games for it, one of the best must have been the great version of Elite, a 3D! Space game, yes it was black and white, JUST black and white, not even shades of grey! But it was still extremely playable and great fun! Over the years I have owned or played many different games systems, some of the best and some of the worst. The only problem with lists like this is that they soon become out of date, so if you know of any really great games that should be on the big, best games list, please send them to me, so I can add them, just don't forget to say what machine the game is on or I can't include it on the big, best games list. I don't include every format for every game as some games are great on some machines, but can be really bad on others!!!
